Why do I get the message: “No pulse”?


The message ‘No pulse’ appears on the screen while all looks normal.



LED on opto coupler isn’t blinking or pulse cable isn’t connected correctly.

(The pulse must be visible on the din-rail inside the PLC cabinet. See picture below)



A light on one of the opto-couplers lights up when the pulse comes in. If this is not the case the pulse cable is not good connected or the opto-coupler is defect. Please check pulse cable or replace opto coupler.
