Operating principle

Mounted on a rail on the blank side of the IS machine, the BlankRobot runs autonomously on a predefined program and communicates seamlessly with all IS-Machine models. When combined with the XPAR IR-D system, it can monitor swabbing effectiveness.

Thanks to its specially developed lubricant and precise application method, swabbing intervals are significantly extended, while consumption is reduced to less than 5% of traditional manual swabbing. The result: cleaner machines, safer working conditions, and improved efficiency driven by reduced process variation across the line.
