Throughout the years we have developed modular but complete training programs for glass specialists, operators and technicians. In the meantime we have developed the following main modules:

• Operators training, focus on system functionality
• Specialist training, focus on system functionality
• Maintenance training, focus on hardware maintenance
• Implementation training, focus on system use

The basic training consists of a two-day training session, focussing on the functionality and the maintenance of the XPAR systems. These trainings are to be held at the XPAR Vision training facilities in the Netherlands or at customer training facilities. After completing this training session, glass specialists, operators and technicians will have sufficient skills and knowledge to able to operate and maintain the XPAR equipment.

With the implementation training the aim is to get the systems implemented whilst achieving forming process improvements in the meantime. The implementation training is always at customer facilities, on-site. Mostly the implementation training is divided into a few separate sessions, spread over a certain period of time. After completing this training session, glass specialists, operators and also management will have sufficient skills and knowledge to able to actually use the XPAR systems in the process of continuous improvement.
